DESCRIPTION:Come along and join us at Community in a Cup from 10-12 noon.\n\nCommunity in a Cup is a joint project between Longfield Medical Centre and Maldon United Reformed Church\, offering help\, information\, fun and relaxing craft activities\, free refreshments\, a warm welcome and a listening ear. \nTaking place on the last Tuesday of the month\, each morning will have a slightly different theme\, but welcomes anyone in the community\, regardless of which GP surgery they attend\, who feels in need of cheering up or a little extra support. As well as refreshments\, craft and time to chat\, there will be specialist help and advice available from organisations including Alzheimer’s Society\, United in Kind\, Ace Music Therapy\, Tescos\, Community Agents\, Essex County Fire & Rescue\, Action for Family Carers\, Parkinson’s\, MacMillan\, U3A.

DESCRIPTION:Children of all ages are welcome to our free crafts morning\, with Easter-themed crafts to make and take away. Especially suitable for ages from pre-school to Year 7. Children aged six and over can be left\, subject to numbers. Younger children need to be accompanied by an adult. \nCrafts and refreshments are free – come along and enjoy the fun! No need to book\, just drop in any time between 10 am and 12.00 or stay for the whole morning.
