DESCRIPTION:Violin pieces to include works by Bach\, Schubert\, Dohnanyi\, Sarasate\, Josef Suk and Manuel de Falla. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMaldon Lunchtime Concerts are organised by CHURCHES TOGETHER in MALDON\, as part of their community programme. \n\n\n\nConcerts start at 1pm on the second Thursday of the month at the United Reformed Church\, Market Hill\, Maldon\, Essex (the church is on the right-hand side of Market Hill as you descend from the High Street). Coffee and tea are served from 12.15 pm onwards. The concerts received an international audience in 2017 reaching as far as the New York Post and beyond. \n\n\n\nPlease feel free to bring your lunch and to come and go as you wish. Full disabled access is available. The concerts are non-profit making; fees and costs are met by donations from the audience at the end of each performance.  \n\n\n\nWe have a Steinway Model B grand piano which is used at our concerts together with the church’s video\, lighting and sound facilities.  \n\n\n\nNo entry fee or ticket required.
