Take a moment to recharge before the coming week, with a time of peace and calm.
Led by Maureen Maison, Coffee and Calm includes a short time of worship and meditation, some gentle seated stretching, and a chance to relax with a hot drink and something sweet afterwards.
It’s very gentle and informal, so do come along and enjoy the calm.
